Bring what you don't read anymore and choose up to 10 books!
On Thursday, December 5, we are organizing a winter Book SWAP. Stop by between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. here at the Central Library of the Slovak Academy of Sciences at Klemensová 19.
Book SWAP is for all book lovers without the need to register in our library. Come and exchange books and save the environment and your wallet.
What is book SWAP?
It is a simple and fun exchange of books between people.
Through SWAP, you can move books further , which you have already read and are taking up unnecessary space at home.
YOU CAN ONLY BRING 1-10 BOOKS AND TO:
✅books published after 2000 (including)
✅in Slovak, Czech or English language
✅books in good condition, clean and undamaged, unwritten
✅may also be books with a dedication
✅fiction, non-fiction and professional literature, plays, ✅comics, children's books
TO SWAP DO NOT BELONG:
❌magazines, daily press,
❌leaflets, brochures, catalogs, manuals, scripts
❌old books,
❌books in bad condition and unreadable books
❌ xero-copies of books
YOU CAN BRING:
▪️double the number of books you bring,
▪️maximum 10 ks.
What will happen to the books that no one buys? – They will be postponed for the next SWAP.
We reserve the right to exclude inappropriate books from the SWAP.
