Invitation to the course to live on our wave where we will work with the essence of self -worth. Through the therapeutic methods we dissolve permanently programs that prevent the climb on the scale. Next to the self -worth, we will support the other 6 essences to which you can relax. We invite you to live on our wave, whose content is to expand these essential qualities with seven chakras: 1 self -discipline, 2. Self -reflection, 7. Self -knowledge. Chakra: Self -assurance. I am increasing the feeling of rooting and confidentness in matter. The feeling that I have strong roots and nothing will throw me away. This confidence radiates from me.
2. Chakra: Self -worth. My territory is expanding to come to resources and increasingly meeting my needs.
3. Chakra: Self -confidence. My field of scope and certainty is that I can have what I want and that I do not owe anything to anyone.
4. Chakra: Self -love. Here everything is united and enriched. Through the quality of love for myself, I enjoy everything that flows through all the other chakras.
5. Chakra: self -expression. Certainty in self -expression, I can ever say better what I want. I approach the possibility of expressing the ultimate truth that expresses the strength and dimension of sacred.
6. Chakra: Self -reflection. It grows my connection with the divine, which is present in every detail of me and my life. The accuracy and clarity of the intuition of carried thinking and presence in flow increases.
7. Chakra: Self -knowledge. I am divinity, through everything I find myself, I am unlimited by the presence. I'm a source. I can't be less than what I am.
