How to understand yourself? How to know what to go after and what to leave behind? Why do crises exist? A person is a composite of very different qualities: he has physical, mental and spiritual needs (needs for meaning, targeting, creative fulfillment); the powers of feeling, thinking and will pervade his soul. A person is also not a static being in time: In different periods of life, these qualities and strengths take on different forms - and yet this diversity of a small baby, an adolescent, an active adult, a parent and an elderly person forms an organic whole. Every life is unique, but it takes place on the basis of general biographical laws that can be the subject of knowledge - science.

When we recognize them in our own biography, we get the key to our own future. But we will also get a general idea of ​​a person, which will not just be read from books, but will be a living experience, our own experience. From this realistic idea of man, we can also understand other people well and shape social forms and institutions in such a way that they support man in his development and serve him well.
