Císařská louka - today a river island, but in ancient history the Royal Meadow, where feasts or sports competitions took place.
Come with us on a tour of the local port, which still retains its shabby industrial character, but also where different ideas about its future collide - from developers to sports clubs to operators of campsites and mooring boats.
Together with with a guide who knows the wharf intimately, you will walk through the nooks and crannies of the wharf and experience the unique, picturesque atmosphere of a "village on the water". The tour will also include a peek into the interior of one of the oldest ships in Prague.
You will find out what everyday life looks like on the water, and you will also learn what this place has in common with the Přemyslov family, Emperor Francis Joseph I and the history of Czech football.
Don't expect a classic historical explanation, but rather an encounter with the place in its present form - as it really lives and works.
