About event
Life force
Although we want to have the life forces as much as possible at a conscious level, we are afraid of its deeper expression and we unconsciously block it. The manifestation of life force is often in direct contradiction not only with the ideas of our surroundings, but above all with our survival structures. As a result of traumatic experiences and inappropriate way of mirroring our self -expression in early childhood, the life force blocked the life force in the body and now keeps us in mode of survival instead of living. Within the course, we will make a deeper contact with our life force. We will investigate what it is like to "stand" in our power, as well as how it manifests through us, or which of our beliefs and patterns preventing it from fully manifesting. We will afford to be vital, animal, body, but above all authentic and world. These are based on the fact that trauma, as an injury to the nervous system and body caused by overwhelming, brings a split on non -cooperating parts. This will allow us to survive, but it reduces our ability to function in relationships and everyday situations. These methods allow our split and suppressed parts to be brought to light and connect them back to a functional and strong whole.
