Are you fed up with just plain feasting? Prefer to get a full belly along with an intellectual program? Well, this is the event just for you...
from 17:00 there will be a hot dog pop-up with three delicious types:
- classic (bun, soy sausage, ketchup, mustard, sour cabbage, caramelized onion)
- mex (bun, soy sausage, mustard, sriracha, jalapeños, corn, vegan cheese and tomato)
- hot carrot dog (black bun with biochar, pickled carrot, ketchup, soy sauce, portobello bacon, pickled cucumber and red onion)
and of course there will be fries too!
from 19:00 In their live podcast, Tomáš and Vilém from Cirkus C talk wisely about biochar in nutrition.
- Biochar is produced by pyrolysis of biomass. It can do many things, but its great benefit is that it is indigestible to decomposers and therefore permanent and practically immortal. Well, if it's indigestible to microorganisms, then it's silly to talk about its role in nutrition, isn't it? You will learn more about this at the carbon sit down show!
- Vilém and Tomáš are from the radical pyrolytic collective Cirkus C and they are dedicated to biochar in their work, personal and dream life. They burn anything and are happy to share their experiences.
