After studying at the Law Faculty of Charles University and Columbia University New York worked in the Czech Helsin Committee, a non -profit organization defending human rights. Subsequently, she spent ten years in the leadership of the Open Society Fund Prague, dealing with projects to strengthen democracy, eliminate discrimination and fight corruption. Then she worked in IBM Czech Republic as a manager of socially beneficial projects.
