Zmeny a doplnky územného plánu č. 10 pre lokalitu Lido

We invite you to the public presentation of changes and additions to the spatial plan no. 10 for the Lido location. The area between the Old Bridge and the Harbor Bridge in Petržalka is long-term planned for the creation of the right-bank part of the whole city center in Bratislava. At the next meetings, the city council will discuss changes and additions to the spatial plan for this location, which will complete the long-term process of expert discussions and preparation of spatial planning documents, which sought the most suitable way of using this territory. The current center on the left bank of the Danube will be expanded and connected to Petržalka and, in addition to housing, office space, and amenities compared to the current regulation, it will bring to the locality new urban elements and opportunities for sports, relaxation and recreation, as well as a greater share of green space with the preservation of the boating community in Petržalka embankment. Changes and additions to the territorial plan no. 10 were publicly discussed already in August 2023, and we would like to present the main changes to you once again in the form of a public presentation.

We look forward to meeting you.
