The border mountain areas underwent the most striking transformation, as a result of the displacement of the indigenous people and the not very successful efforts to reopen. The exhibition closer to the post -war fate of the cultural landscape and municipalities, many of which have completely disappeared. However, what makes the exhibition exceptional and what its success stems from is the Photodvojice, which offers the opportunity to compare the form of places in the past and today. Some of the historical photographs have been old and more than a hundred years old, in contrast to them, images from the turn of the millennium, which capture the same places. These photographs best illustrate the transformation of the nature of the landscape and thus materialize the imaginary imprint of history in the landscape.

The exhibition takes place in cooperation with Antikomplex and Meeting Brno. It will be seen in Arnold's villa from 7 to 13. 6. 2025.
