About event
REBIRTH ⚫ body ~ soul ~ being
When life is born, it is magic. We are all different, unique, but we have the same path to the world. It is as if we are going through the same symbolic birth canal, just each in our own way. How we come to this world is important. It shapes our image of the world and ourselves. Our first beliefs are formed, which we may not be able to name at all. They are formed even before they pass into the symbolic plane and meaning. They form in our every cell, in our body as our physical experience of birth.
I invite you on a journey. It is the path of rebirth. Sometimes rebirth is very physical, sometimes very symbolic. Imagine, just imagine... what would happen if you had things set up differently? What if you allowed yourself to let go of what limits and holds you back. And we are not talking about letting go, that you burn a piece of paper in the fire of a candle and equipped. What if you really find the courage to look at where you stand, what you stand there with and how you feel about it? Transformation and change require death. Something in us must die in order for something else to come alive. Death is not bad, death is a symbol - a passage, a gate, a border of worlds, an initiation. Sometimes we successfully ignore the call to let go, to die, to give up the part of us that sabotages, holds on, clings, naively hopes, doesn't believe,... add your own.. but that doesn't mean that life won't invite us to it again and again and again. In a cycle.. until we understand and take action. Someone will never be able to take that step.
It is easy to stay in what we know, no matter how it hurts us, it does not serve us. The hardest thing is to decide and act differently. Sometimes a safe environment can help us to act differently, where we experience not only in our mind but also in our body and soul that it is safe to take that step. Not easy.. safe. And that's a big difference. If you feel up to it, look at where and what you stand in life with and maybe pass through the gate of death and birth, you are welcome. This workshop is fiercely empirical, little in the head, much in the body, interwoven with process and connecting with yourself and your emotions. We will not only look at the light, we will also see the darkness, the shadow. There is no other way at birth. Everything you carry and bring has its place and together we will look at whether that place is really your place and what to do to make it better.
I am Magda and I will accompany you. I have been doing it for more than 10 years, both in groups and individually. My focus is on the body and its wisdom, because I am convinced, and have verified it myself, that it is one of the best and most direct gateways to the soul, experiencing and strengthening your own ability to change your life. Imagination, slowing down, regulation and co-regulation of the nervous system, expressiveness through movement and sound, silence and meditation, principles of dance-movement therapy, aspects of systemic work and family constellations, principles of shamanic work, my own intuition and holding space... you can recognize and see all this in my guidance.
If it resonates with you, I would love to see you.
