About event
Do you know what unites Turčianske Teplice, Snina, Trnava, Košice, Malacky or Lefantovce?
In all these cities you will find the works of Milan Dobeš - a pioneer of dynamic constructivism and kinetic art in Slovakia. He is the author of reliefs, fountains, partition walls and lighting objects that still shape the public space around us today.
We invite you to discover his work up close. Together we will look at models of realizations, designs and period photo documentation that have recently become part of the design museum's collections.
We will open the event with a short introduction about the author's work, which will be followed by a discussion connected with the presentation of the models.
👥Guests: Art historian Sabina Jankovičová and artist Miloš Boďa, a long-time collaborator of Milan Dobeš
🗣 Silvia Kružliaková will accompany you in the evening and Júlia Deáková
📍Design Club, Design Museum
📅29.4.2026/ 17:00 (Wednesday)
🎫Admission: €5
Discounted admission: (ISIC, ITIC, EURO 26 card holders, seniors 60+) €3
We look forward to seeing you!
