Zoga Summer Refresher is a 5 lesson course during which we practice the whole body. The course will deepen your skills. Thanks to the course, newcomers can get acquainted with Zoga.
The course takes place: 14.7., 21.7., 28.7, 4.8 and 11.8. attend Live in the Studio, or combined with online lessons - lessons will be broadcast via zoom. However, it is also suitable as a familiarization of the possibilities of anyone for anyone who wants to better get to know their body and the Zoga Movement method. It is not just a movement system, it is not just about pain relief, it is not just about relaxing tension and compression in the body or improving mobility.

1. Hips, feet and knees to improve the function of these joints and prevent pain and overload
2. Pelvic floor, cross and lower back
3. Spine as a whole
4. Chest, scoop and arm
5. Breath, defending, DFL, deep abdominal muscles
Session will not be offered in this order! You will practice the whole course on-line. It is not necessary to be live in the studio. Records will be available over the whole summer on the cloud.
