GET IN THE MOOD WITH FROM AMSTERDAM TO NEW YORK WITH THAÏSA OLIVIA
Thaïsa Olivia is a passionate singer, songwriter and band leader with a warm, individual sound and a special flair and presentation. Her background is colorful and versatile, as are her performances over the years on various stages. Beautiful, contemporary compositions alternate with various edited jazz standards. From swinging and sophisticated to sensual and reflective and always delivered with inspiration and conviction. Thaisa Olivia is also a woman of the world. She was born in Amsterdam, her colorful roots lie in six different countries, but her heart is devoted to New York. As a little girl, she followed in the footsteps of her ancestors on the Holland-America line. Since her teenage years, she has regularly traveled to this vibrant city, where she made her vocal debut in a promising way in 2013. New York is now her second home and she can regularly be found on the jazz stages there. Her new album will be released in 2025.
