Hey Berlin, ready to move in ways that feel fun, freeing and a little unexpected?
This time Zor Outdoors is going beyond the usual workout! We’re turning the park into a playground of **sweat, games and vibrant energy.**
💥 **Cardio**
We’ll start with a high-energy cardio session to wake up the body, get the blood pumping and set the tone.
🤸♀️ **Games**
Movement isn’t just about sweat, it’s about joy. We’ll play interactive games that'll make you laugh, move in new ways and remind you that fitness can be fun!
🧘♂️ **Breathwork**
Finally, we’ll slow it down with guided breathwork, so you leave not just stronger, but calmer, lighter and more connected.
And because Zor is all about community, stick around after the session for some drinks and chats.
