Zorgzame gemeenschappen in Amsterdam-NieuwWest | Praat ook mee!

Come to Wonen-Camenleven / Ru Paré Community in Amsterdam on 1 October and talk about caring communities! More and more, policy points to the power of communities as a solution for the bottlenecks in healthcare. Now that people with a care question continue to live at home and in the neighborhood for longer, the question arises whether "the community" has been prepared for this and what role it can play in support and help.

What are the limits, conditions, opportunities and risks? And what role is there for municipalities and professionals? On October 1 at 2 p.m. (walk -in 13.30) we will discuss this with, among others, Pieter Hilhorst, Jeroen Gradener, Doortje Kal and the Netherlands takes care of each other (NLZVE) and initiatives from the neighborhood. This meeting is intended for residents, officials, community workers and healthcare professionals who want to know more about this development.
