About event
You will learn to give and receive feedback that develops and does not hurt
feedback is like a premium fuel in the car - when you start using it, easier and faster (personality and professionally) move you further. However, there are still many people who do not know about it or are not sure how to use it.
You will leave this one -day course with complete equipment to use feedback as an effective tool for yourself and others. You will learn how to (finally) provide it and receive it constructively and use its full potential. In addition, we will introduce the power of the principle of working with a mistake and at the end you will leave with your own plan, how to transfer everything to your practice so that your organization or the team you work.
