🔸 You are clear about what feedback according to non -violent communication is what is not and how it is related to criticism.

At the same time, the introductory course is not a condition of participation. According to non -violent communication, feedback offers a way for it. We know that when it is successful, it supports confidence in relationships, stimulates the growth of all involved, prevent conflicts, and when prevention fails, we can go through conflicts better thanks to trust. On the other hand, feedback is also concerned: rejection, conflict that we will not be understandable or simply that we will hurt the other. We are not just interested in "knowing it well", but to understand the principles, create a suitable conditions for feedback, giving and receiving the appropriate conditions and to recognize when the feedback is a good moment.
