Let yourself dominate the rhythms of Latin American music and come to burn calories on my zumba lessons! 🌞

💪 We swear T -shirts, we'll stress, strengthen and strengthen the body, nor will we know how, and we just enjoy a lesson full of super music, great atmosphere and leave with a smile on our face! 🌞

zumba is a fun dance form of exercise where you do not have to worry about any difficult steps. We will enjoy an hour full of Latin American rhythms with tasting and African rhythms and we also eat the pace of songs, so we do not go at a high pace all the time, but sometimes we breathe. Lesson is suitable for beginners.
