County hackathon - Trnava region as a home for talent

County 24-hour hackathon organized by the Regional Innovation Development Agency (KIRA). It brings together people who want to work on solutions with a real impact for the Trnava region.

During 24 hours you will work in teams on challenges related to the future of the region. Your task will be to propose innovative and feasible solutions that can contribute to making the region an attractive place to live, work and study.

Challenge 1 — Attracting talent
How to attract young people to come to the Trnava Region to live, work or study? Propose innovative solutions to make the region visible and attract new talent.

Challenge 2 — Talent retention
How to motivate young people to stay in the Trnava region? Create proposals that will support the quality of life, career opportunities and community development in the region.

Throughout the hackathon, you will have mentors from practice to help you develop your ideas and prepare the final solution. At the end, you will present your projects to an expert jury.

Who is the County Hackathon for?
For everyone who wants to create solutions. You can apply as an individual or as a team (3 to 6 members).
