🔬✨ Science you can experience live. This time in Košice.
After a year, Zvedavé debates return to Košice with a theme that has both depth and social significance: Women in science.
You can meet three exceptional Slovak women scientists who are pushing the boundaries of knowledge from neuroscience to reproductive health to parasitology. Without unnecessary theory, but with real experiences, research and stories from behind the scenes of scientific work.
💬 In an informal discussion, you will learn:
- what the daily life of female scientists looks like
- what cutting-edge research entails
- what challenges and prejudices accompany their career
- why their place in science is a matter of course
🎤 Discussing:
• MUDr. Kristína Kulcsárová, PhD. – neurobiologist focusing on Parkinson's disease and its early diagnosis
• Prof. RNDr. Miroslava Rabajdová, PhD. – expert on reproductive health and personalized medicine
• MVDr. Daniela Antolová, DrSc. – expert on parasitic diseases transmissible from animals to humans
