The depth of traditional and contemporary music for this unique flute. Along with him will perform Akihara Kitagawa, an excellent player at the Koto School Sawai, and Gunnar Jinmei Linder, Master of Shakuhachi Chikmeisha school and professor at Stockholm University. This music evening will connect the past with the present, the Orient with the West, and offer the audience the experience that will remain in their hearts. In Shika No Tōne (Calling of Sika deer) with the sounds of nature - the voices of animals and the noise of the forest - intertwine in a mystical, meditation dive into the world around us. This view of the sound landscape continues the Elizabeth Brown compositions, which in Solos from Isle Royale brings birds to the lives of birds whose voices become part of the musical narrative.
