vibrations and frequencies are present everywhere from the beginning of the universe and affect our daily being. The holistic method of vibration treatment has been used for several thousand years. Sleep disorders and many other benefits that are available to us. Soundotherapy uses musical and ritual tools, which are known for thousands of years, used to heal the body and harmonize the mind.
Please bring a bottle of water if you prefer your blanket, mat and pillow under your head, the studio has everything available. We also recommend warmer socks, as it lies during therapy and a person "leaves" heat 🙂
