The sound bath is an invitation to the space where the sound becomes a tool of relaxation and gentle transformation. You perceive them in peace, surrounded by vibrations of gongs, sounds of Himalayan bowls, bell -maker, drums, whistles and other instruments that act not only through hearing, but also on the body, nervous system and deeper layers of our consciousness. It is listening - to perceive everything rather than the need to understand, analyze or drive. Naturally, the sound finds a way where it is needed. Just stop, relax and let it carry. And if you allow the tools to tell the story that can be beneficial on all participants. The sound here sounds different - it spreads long and rich, from different directions, which brings a new dimension of perception.
