Come with us to experience a vibration bath and deep relaxation, dive inward, relax, do something beneficial for yourself and tune out what was out of tune. Let time stop for a while and let things flow, all in a pleasant place in the middle of Brno.
Autumn is fully awakening and we are entering a beautiful season full of colors, wind and changes that will hopefully lead us to the winter doldrums. On this occasion, we would like to offer you another bath of this period (September - December), namely on Saturday 19.10. from 6 p.m. in the Kmen center (on Lidicka). You can reserve your place at the e-mail [email protected].
What is a sound bath?
You lie down on a comfortable mat, close your eyes and the sounds will lead you to peace and relaxation. When the bath is over, you may think that it all took a while.
If you allow it, the sound bath will "tell a story" (the instruments, their sounds and vibrations will alternate, blend, pulsate) which can have a beneficial effect to everyone involved.
Some of the possible benefits of sound baths:
• inducing a state of calm, relaxation, balance,
• supporting internal balance, regeneration of the organism, health,
• harmonizing the body on on a physical and energetic level,
• release internal tension and stress, blocks, traumas, old patterns and problems with insomnia,
• support the possibility of change and development in our life,
• support and deepen self-awareness and self-confidence.
This is not a classic musical performance, for many it is rather a beneficial and unusual experience. Everything takes place thanks to the sensitive use of musical instruments such as gongs, Himalayan bowls, drums, non-traditional pipes and other instruments.
Every experience of a sound bath is different, and at the same time, regular visits bring the most fruit. Sound baths take place every month.

➡️ Duration: approx. 120 minutes.

The spa starts at 18:10, later arrival is unfortunately not possible. There are disposable pillows and mats, we recommend that you bring your own blanket (or pillow).
