The sound bath works with vibrating tones of special instruments that resonate throughout the body and have beneficial effects.

Jakub Španihel, a musician and sound therapist, who has been working on the positive effects of sound for more than 5 years, will guide you through the sound journey.
He studied musicology and completed a course in holistic music therapy.
