When: 19.8.2026 from 17:00 to 19:00/19:30
For whom the event is suitable: for families with children 8-12 years old, for teenagers 13-18 years old, for adults 18+
Capacity: 15 people
Length: 2 – 2.5h
Price: 150 CZK/person
250 CZK/adult + child
We will go completely quietly, almost inaudibly. That's the only way we can hear the landscape around us. Places where it lives and those where life is absent. On the way, creative educator Martina Valášková and landscape architect Jana Pyšková will accompany us.
Together we will map the sound form of the city in the summer, when it faces drought, and we will explore what the sounds of water – or their absence – mean to us. We listen to silence and noise, rhythms and melodies. We will perceive the surroundings not only with our eyes, but mainly with our ears.
What are the dry places around the Vltava whispering? What do the bubbling mill, parched parking lot, sandy backyards, snails, drinking fountains and fountains tell about? During the journey we will create our own sound map to capture all our observations.
For all those who like to slow down, quiet down and listen. For inquisitive children from 8 years old and playful adults.
We are looking forward to it! ☺️
