Music Meditation and Singing Master
Unique evening musical-meditation meetings where you will enjoy ancient ethnic, spiritual, ceremonial and musical instruments to harmonize body, mind and soul, get rid of stress and tension and treat various diseases and problems at the physical and mental level. The sounds and vibrations of these tools will help us transfer attention from our minds.
We will tune in to the mantra singing together (but you can just listen, sit, lie or meditate) and then immerse ourselves in a relaxing-music sound bath. You stay clothes and you can sit or lie down during meditation. Everything is voluntary, non -violent, kind and loving. If there is time and interest, we will learn the principles of music therapy and healing musical instruments. You can try them on the spot and possibly buy.
This musical meeting includes a small grounding snack, which we will create from what we will bring. So take what you like and what you see fit. We recommend fruit, nuts, biscuits, chocolate and other healthy delicacies :-)
These evenings are suitable for anyone who wants to calm down, relax and learn to meditate and harmonize. Ideal as inspiration for masseurs, therapists, coach, kindergarten teachers, music teacher, nurse, nurses, doctors and other professions. in more detail.
