Sound Healing is an ancient treatment method that uses the vibrations and tones of musical instruments or voice to support the relaxation and renewal of the body and mind.
During the sound bath, the body and mind immerse in fine vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs or bells.
These sounds can slow down brain activity into meditative waves, relax muscle tension and harmonize the body. Research confirms that conscious listening to healing tones promotes the regeneration of the nervous system, reduces stress and deepens inner peace.
