THE BRIDGE Event - Beyond Borders: Turning Potential into Success

Bringing Vienna’s professionals and communities through shared experiences, meaningful connections, with a guest speaker.

Welcome to The Bridge Event!

The event that builds bridges between cultures, professionals and communities.

A unique opportunity to meet professionals from across Vienna’s diverse communities and sectors. An international and inclusive networking event designed to create new connections, collaborations and opportunities for growth.

Special Guest: Polina Dimitrova

Polina Dimitrova is an executive search specialist originally from Bulgaria. After moving to Austria at the age of 18, she completed her studies at the University of Vienna and built her professional career in recruiting and international HR.

In January 2025, she founded True Potential Search, an executive search firm specialising in IT, digital transformation, and AI. Through a results-driven approach, she looks beyond job titles to recognise people's true potential and connect organisations with the right talent to achieve their business goals.

She has also achieved significant success on LinkedIn through her content creation, building visibility and engaging a professional audience through social media.

Her journey reflects integration, entrepreneurship, and the ability to build a professional path in a new country.

For our event, Polina symbolises THE BRIDGE towards the Balkans.
