#thenewITgirls is a team of industry experts that connects women in the IT industry across job titles.

Our goal is to show the social and economic benefits of diversity in IT and to highlight the diversity of job profiles. In doing so, we want to positively shape the social image of women in IT.

In other words:

We have made it our goal to positively shape society's image of women in IT and to make the industry more attractive for women.

We use role models to show the industry diversity, present the diverse career paths and show social and economic advantages for companies.

We provide impetus for the promotion of young talent and work closely with other associations, organize regular network meetings and speak at conferences on the topic of “Diversity & Technology,” among other things.
