Informazioni sull'evento
Join us for a 2-hour Contact Improvisation workshop dedicated to exploring the dynamic relationship between base and flyer.
Through playful movement and embodied practice, we will dive into the art of supporting and being supported - discovering how trust, communication, and shared attention create new possibilities in dance.
Whether lifting, flying, or grounding, we will investigate how to meet each other with awareness, confidence, and curiosità. Il seminario offre uno spazio per praticare l'equilibrio, la condivisione del peso e la co-creazione, mentre si gode la bellezza della connessione in movimento.
