Added Color operates along three pillars: Inclusivity, Innovation and Impact.

The Inclusivity pillar focuses on job seekers, employees, entrepreneurs and students in South East benefiting from the economic "broad" prosperity of Amsterdam .

The Innovation pillar aims to make the aforementioned target groups more aware of technological developments, such as digital transitions, that can address issues that are relevant to organizations, government and entrepreneurship. This should contribute to building more sustainable relationships within the Southeast and Amsterdam ecosystem. With the Impact pillar we make the effect of Added Color with hard and soft parameters visible in the Southeast and Amsterdam ecosystem. By adding new target groups (inclusivity) we create more innovation and impact in Amsterdam.
