Caribou

Dan Snaith aka Caribou is a Canadian composer and musician who originally began his career under the pseudonym Manitoba. Under the new name Cariba released the first album in 2005 and was called The Milk of Human Kindness . In June this year, the album got into the Top 200 "! Earshot Campus and Community Radio". Two years later, the album Andorra , with which he won the highest music award Polaris and his next album Swim from 2010 was nominated for this prize and got into a shortlist. He released another album Our four years later. This album reached the "Impala" album of the year. On its side, Cariba has world media and a world tour with Radiohead and humiliating large festivals with Kieran Hebden (Four Tet). He gained a doctorate in mathematics, which could give the impression that there is a firm order in his compositions between electronics, voices of singers and musicians from the band, yet he leaves a lot of space for imagination, freely flowing mainly at concerts. However, he took a break with concerts and music creation for some time. He released his first music since 2014 at the beginning of October. This is the track home , which has given the return of Caribou to the stage.
