Celebrating Jesus

The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.

Matthew 9:37 In 2022, Rami Sam organized various evangelization actions in the country from Glory Network Media. During one of those actions, the desire arose to travel through the city with a group of Christians and make Jesus known together, including by worshiping God together in the street.

Rami founded Celebrating Jesus based on this desire and, together with his wife Liesbeth, a group of volunteers from various churches make it possible to hold various worship Walks and events throughout the country. to organize. The first Celebrating Jesus took place in Amsterdam on March 18, 2023. In addition, Worship Boat cruises are also occasionally organized.

OUR VISION:

UNITE THE CHURCH

We seek connections with other Christians and work together with the churches in the Netherlands. We want to promote mutual unity and proclaim the name of Jesus together in the streets during 'The Walk'.

THE PRESENCE OF GOD

By worshiping together and showing God's love, we want to bring the presence of God back to the city (inspired by 2 Samuel 6:14&15 where David returned the ark of the covenant to the people).

SPREAD THE GOSPEL

By proclaiming the good news and praying and worshiping together, we believe that God is bringing revival to the cities of the Netherlands.
