Craig Taborn

Jazz pianist and keyboard player Craig Taborn professionally began to perform around 1990, in various music contexts: from Straight-Ehead jazz to avant-garde, with young jazz musicians, seasoned veterans and even techno artists. Taborn played James Carter's Quartet on three recordings before the college at college. With the title from the University of Michigan in his pocket, he recorded his debut authorial album called Craig Taborn Trio . After his studies he moved to New York and participated in the other two albums James Carter, the album nine to get ready Em> Afternoon in Harlem . His second album Light Made Lighter was published by Thirsty Ear publishing house in 2001. Since then he has released several solo albums.
