Dominik Heřman Lev
Dominik started out on the boards of U Hasičů theater in the satirical show Pretty Czech or Jak se nám ževye, which he was also a co-author of. From 2007, he started performing in the show Na stojáka! and became a pioneer of the Anglo-American concept of stand up comedy in the Czech Republic - no sketches, retold internet jokes and props. A style that dominates the Czech stand-up comedy scene today. Today, he performs both independently in his solo 90-minute stand-up performances, and with colleagues at On the Stand! performances. In 2011, under his own brand, Crown Comedy Club, he began producing regular stand-up comedy performances by English-speaking professional comedians in Prague, and later also in Brno. Thanks to this, Michael Winslow or the English star Jimmy Carr were introduced to the Czech audience. In conjunction with the Fource agency, he then brought greats of the stand-up genre to the Czech Republic, such as Louis CK, Bill Burr, Eddie Izzard or Jim Gaffigan.
