Evita Manji

Evita Manji is an Athenian performing arts and singing group that implements its carefully crafted sound design practices into live performances and productions. Through a carefully constructed practice of sound design synthesis, led by a choir inspired by vocals, she creates musical worlds composed of ever-expanding sonic organisms and formless immaterial materials.

In 2021 Evita launches her platform myxoxym, releasing the singles Oil /Too Much and Eyes/Not Enough and is also curating the first edition of the fundraising compilation series Plasmodium I, which aims to raise environmental awareness and aid the Greek wild nature.

Since her debut performance at SNFCC alongside Eartheater (Athens, September 2021), Evita has performed in cities across Europe such as London, Prague, Krakow and Zurich, at festivals such as Unsound, Borderline, Rhizom and Lunchmeat. He collaborates with many artists across different media and exhibits sound works in galleries such as Kunsthalle Basel (in collaboration with Young Boy Dancing Group) and Saigon Athens.
