František Kop Quartet

František Kop Quartet was established at the beginning of 1995 on the occasion of performing at the Festival Prague Spring . The current composition consists of pianist Petr Malásek (1964), bass player Martin Lehký (1973) and drummer Pavel Zbořil (1962). In the selection of the repertoire, emphasis is placed on their own creation (kick, Malásek), which is aimed at greater proclamation of individual compositions. The stylish range of original compositions is quite wide because it is inspired by various musical influences (blues, funk, latin, free).
