**Futevolei Sports Barcelona** is footvolley school created in the beginning of 2020 that has the **mission** to spread this beautiful and lifestyle beach sport called **Futevolei** ⚽️🦵

**WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN FUTEVOLEI SPORT BARCELONA SCHOOL?**

We offer **customized** Futevolei and functional training **group** packages.
That can be **adapted to any** age and/or physical condition.
Our focus are in **Footvolley Class** and Trainings for **all levels**, from Beginner that have never had contact with this sport and also for advanced players that are willing to participate in competitions and tournaments.

**FUTEVOLEI AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CLASSES**

The training sessions are aimed at all those who seek efficiency and results at the same time, with **dynamic** and **fun** classes. Functional training is thought of the body movements that we naturally execute in our routine.
With specific body awareness techniques, it makes the exercises used more efficient, thus achieving better results. Each person has limitations, whether physical or psychological, and that is why a preliminary evaluation is done in the first class.
The training schedule aims to improve basic physical abilities that are: Muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, motor coordination, mobility and strength.
With a plan designed to exercise the upper and lower limbs, the spine and the CORE. **You will be able to notice the benefits already from the first week.**

**BE READY FOR A DYNAMIC TRAINING FOCUSING ON:**

* Sand Movement
* Footwork
* Futevolei techniques
* Foot, knee, shoulder, chest, head control
* Setting Technique
* Base Defensive Positioning
* Serving & Receiving Technique

Usually we will have a ⏰ 60 minutes training, 👥 max of 8 to 10 people, so we can dedicate the attention in order to make some abutments based on techniques.
Training takes place in 📍 Nova Icária Beach - Barcelona

**PRICES AND MONTHLY PACKAGES**

1. Package 1 class a week (4 classes per month) = 💰 40€ per Month.
2. Package 2 classes a week (8 classes per month) = 💰 60€ per Month.
3. Package 3 classes a week (12 classes per month) = 💰 80€ per Month.
4. Full pass (all classes included) = 💰 100€ per Month.
5. Single Class = 💰 12€ per class.
