Garazi Navas
Garazi Navas is a tireless accordionist who, despite her youth, has participated in many projects in which she has played contemporary, classical, traditional and other musical styles. She was born in Usansolo (Bizkaia) in 1995, she completed her bachelor's and master's studies in music interpretation at Musikena (Higher Music Center of the Basque Country), played as a soloist with BOS (Bilbao Symphony Orchestra) in several theaters in Bizkaia under the direction of Iker Sánchez. As part of the BOS, she also played at the Campos Elíseos theater in Bilbao under the direction of Jean-Philippe Wurtz, Ernesto Martínez Izquierdo and Jordi Francés and with the EIO (Basque Student Orchestra) at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid, the Kursaal de Donostia, the National Auditorium in Zaragoza and the Euskalduna in Bilbao. She performed at festivals such as "Caprichos Musicales de Comillas" (Cantabria) or "Zarata Fest" in Bilbao. As an accordionist, she participated in the audiovisual installation "Partitura" by the Cuban artist Carlos Garaico at the Azkuna Zentroa in Bilbao and played as a soloist with the Musikene Symphony Orchestra at the Kursaal in Donostia. He regularly collaborates with artists from various disciplines on projects with dance, poetry, theater or art installations, both independently and with various groups.
