James P. Honey

James P. Honey is the frontman of the British band Buriers, who subscribe to the genre of "anti-rap folk", in something typically British, a dark combination of Cohan songwriting with sharp, punchy and current rap inserts. Honey himself often and likes to experiment with alternative rap, specifically for example in a duo with his colleague Babel Fish, but his solo work is more reminiscent of his native Buriers, but he goes even more to the core and roots of the song, as proof let the album It's been a long year (2017).
