Jaroslav Kořán

Jaroslav Kořán works in the fields of photography, music, video and graphics, the main common feature of which is improvisation, controlled chance and the use of unusual materials and techniques. Until 1990, he made a living with photography, then mainly with music and graphics. He regularly collaborates as a musician, composer and sound designer on various theater, film, dance and exhibition projects. He plays various percussion instruments (including his own instrument Orloj snivců), his domain is improvisation and film and theater accompaniment, he deals with recording music and sound, its editing and processing, shooting video films and their processing, photography and creating visual works.
