Jonsjooel

Finnish multi -instrumentalist living in Berlin is a member of the band Lake Jons and is also fully devoted to solo work. Jonsjooel excels in an unconventional approach - for example, it uses the sounds of plastic bottles and tables as percussion. It consists of layered sound landscaps that connect folk, jazz and electronics. Jonsjooel's debut solo album Lullabies for Younger Self from 2023 was a tribute to his poor grandmother and examined the topics of self -esteem and compassion.
