Karakas Bar

Karakas Bar is a historic underground bar located at Kurfürstenstraße 9, serving Berlin’s nightlife since 1987. Known for its cozy, underground vibe, Karakas has preserved its original 1987 infrastructure, offering an authentic old-Berlin atmosphere in a world of modern bars.

We host a wide range of events, including comedy shows, live performances, private parties, and cultural gatherings. Over the years, Karakas has welcomed many comedians and artists, becoming a well-known spot in Berlin’s underground scene.
