KOIKOI brings a mix of sonic eclecticism and unbridled energy. Regardless of the genres, he works with the liveliest elements of indie rock, post punk, electronica and pop, creating a danceable, yet layered and sonically diverse ensemble, which is complemented by the impressive polyphony of female and male vocals in Serbian. According to reviews, their music transcends language barriers and resonates with listeners all over the world.

Over the past three years, KOIKOI have won over audiences with their energetic concerts across Europe. They performed at important music festivals in the region of former Yugoslavia and elsewhere in Europe, for example EuropaVox (France), Fusion Festival (Germany), Exit (Serbia), INmusic (Croatia) or MENT (Slovenia). The band also performed at a number of showcase festivals, including Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Tallinn Music Week, PIN Conference in Skopje, Sharpe in Bratislava or Mastering the Music Business. In 2023, KOIKOI was nominated for the Music Moves Europe Awards at the ESNS festival as one of the fifteen most outstanding new European bands, and in 2022, the IMPALA organization included them among "100 artists worth watching".

Debut album Pozivi u strano (Moonlee Records, 2021) and original concert performances combine the intimacy of the underground with the impact of the mainstream. The second album is in preparation and the band promises new musical surprises.
