Kristen Yates

Kristen Yates is a somatic-based coach and practitioner, breathwork therapist, and embodied connection facilitator with a passion for creating awakened spaces for deep heart-connection, authenticity, and soul expansion. She has been a student of Eastern and Western healing modalities for over ten years, and weaves transformational spaces through workshops and retreats worldwide. She currently shares her time between Portland and the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she organizes shamanic plant medicine retreats with the sacred cactus and wisdom teachers of the Andes.
