Laokoon

Duo Laokoon took the name of a short animated film from 1970. Laókoón is the old name of an oracle from Troy who warned of the trap of the Greeks. The debut eponymous record Laokoon was released in 2020, contains samples from the above animated film and is in the style of bedroom rap. In 2022, the album Sperk followed, where the group decided to shift their sound to a more pop sound with more legible meanings in the lyrics, inspired by role models such as Aaron Cartier or Tobi Lou. The record was released on vinyl in a limited edition by Korobushka Records. The third record called Doping was released in the fall of 2023, it deals with overeating and pressure. It hosts a large number of performers. From the founder of the label TyNikdy – Idea, through Arleta, to the multi-genre Blue Uandi.
