Liturgy

The

New York band Liturgy has since its inception has earned the reputation of a project that is more bold than any other to the genre boundaries of black metal. Philosophical manifesty, drawing on Kabbalah, scholastics and continental philosophy. In the compositions of the liturgy, blastbeats turn into glitche, riffs into chamber canons, noise in silence and vice versa.
