Miroslav Kopta
Miroslav Kopta was born in 1970 in Kladno, in the family of bandleader Miroslav Kopta the elder. He is a graduate of the Conservatory in Prague and the Faculty of Music of the AMU. During his studies, he was a member of Jaroslav Ježek's New Orchestra and the Prague Brass Quintet, with which he visited many European countries. In the years 1989 – 1990 he was a member of the Czechoslovak Television Orchestra under the direction of Václav Zahradník and later Mirko Krebs. From 1991 to In 1993 he worked in the Orchestra of the Smetanova Theatre, later the Prague State Opera. From 1994 until now he is a member of the National Theater Opera Orchestra. At the same time, in In 1991 he became a member of the Václav Hybš Orchestra, where he remained for the next 10 years and from 2006 he is also a member of the Karel Vlach Orchestra.
