Niakara

Niakara is a Czech-Slovak metal band. It is headed by bassist Zdeněk Kub, known from his time in Arakain, who brought Niakara to the scene with a purely original vision, the new project brings his songs back to the concert stage - from the very well-known ones to previously unplayed compositions, including new ones.

Zdeněk Kub has acquired distinctive and interesting teammates from the very beginning. One of the biggest Slovak singing stars Mayo Petranin (Symphonity, Castaway) stands behind the microphone, guitar solos and "beglaits" are shared by modern sound enthusiast Petr Voháňka (Dirty Game) and prog-rocker Martin Pavlíček (Not Perfect). Pavel Kubát (ex Root) leads the band from behind the two "kickers".
